Today I had the privilege of watching my daughter Grace perform at the 13th annual Lafayette Elementary Composer Festival. Students replicated famous Italian composers through song, dance, and musical instruments (this is all student volunteers, they are not forced!). I am so proud of Grace for wanting to be a part of this and playing "Barber of Seville" on the piano in front of the WHOLE school! She performed this song as a duet with her friend Emma (not the baby). Cheers to my AMAZING GRACE!
