This is going to be a hodge podge post with random thoughts :)
* Lily Mae will be 6 months old in two days! I cannot believe how fast she is growing up. She is rolling over and almost sitting up on her own. She has been a really easy baby. She goes with the flow. She kind of has to with having two big sisters. G & E have busy schedules!
* I started taking Emma and Lily to a "Music Together" class at the YMCA on Wednesday mornings. It is so much fun and both girls seem to enjoy themselves. Emma is a little wild for the first ten minutes (sensory overload). She gets overwhelmed with all the singing but then chills out for the rest of the class. Two of my friends from the Laguna Niguel Moms Club do the class with us and all our girls are about the same age.
* I think Emma has transitioned from "Little Bear" & "Sesame Street" to "Disney Princesses". SHE LOVES GRACE'S OLD PRINCESS MOVIES! Yikes - so early!
*Grace had her first soccer game last Saturday. Her team is a bit timid but they all had fun and that's most important.
*Grace starts volleyball this Friday and continues with golf once a week. Busy girl!
* Grace's friend invited her to do Cotillion this year. It's basically an etiquette class that meets once a month until March at a resort in Laguna Niguel. Look at Grace all Fancy Pants :)
* The weather has been a little bit more "fall" like here. Overcast and in the 70's. The heat wave broke and YES, we were part of the 1.4 million people without power last week. And NO we were not prepared! We basically had two flashlights and a couple "tea" candles. Lesson learned.
* I was so bummed I missed the Missoni for Target debut yesterday. I thought it was coming out in November but clearly I was wrong! I tried getting on the Target website but it was down all day & all night. I heard a funny quote yesterday " the Missoni for Target craze is like the Cabbage Patch catastrophe of our adulthood." Perspective, I like that.
* I will still try and purchase at least one item :)
* I'm reading "Summer Island". I wouldn't recommend it but I wanted to start reading again. I don't have the chance to read everyday so I needed to start with an easy book that I can pick up two or more days after last reading and still remember what's going on.
* I will be 31 in a couple of weeks!
* DISLIKE! What a drag it is getting older :(
*Sorry no pics - I need to get better with that.
